Inspection services

Inspections With Drones

Drones offer a fast, efficient, and safe solution for inspecting hard-to-reach or hazardous locations. Traditional inspection methods often require ladders, scaffolding, or even cranes, all of which can be time-consuming, expensive, and dangerous. With drones, we can inspect various assets and structures from the safety of the ground while still capturing high-resolution images and video.

Types of Inspections We Can Perform

  •  Roof Inspections: Drones provide high-definition imagery of roofing systems, allowing for detailed inspection of shingles, tiles, flashing, and gutters without the need for scaffolding or climbing. This is particularly useful for assessing damage after storms or performing routine maintenance.

  • Cell Tower Inspections: Drones can safely access the tops of tall cell towers and communication poles, capturing close-up images of antennas, cables, and other components. This eliminates the need for workers to climb towers, reducing both risk and cost.

  • Solar Panel Inspections: Our drones are equipped with thermal imaging cameras, which can identify potential issues such as hotspots or malfunctioning panels in solar arrays. This type of inspection is faster and more accurate than traditional methods, ensuring your panels are operating at peak efficiency.

  • Land Inspections: For large plots of land, drones provide a comprehensive view of the terrain, allowing for quick assessments of issues like erosion, land damage, or vegetation growth. Ideal for farmers, developers, or anyone managing large estates or construction sites.

How Clients Benefit

  • Cost-effective: Drone inspections are significantly less expensive than hiring workers to perform manual inspections at height or using specialized equipment.

  • Time-saving: Drones can cover large areas in a fraction of the time it would take using traditional methods, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency.

  • Increased Safety: With drones, there’s no need for workers to perform dangerous tasks at height, lowering the risk of accidents and injuries.

  • High-quality Data: Drones capture detailed, high-resolution imagery, which provides clear insights for decision-making and maintenance planning.

What the Process Looks like

Pre Shoot Planning

After Shoot/Deliverables

During Shoot Procedure

We discuss the structure or property to be inspected, identify specific areas of concern, and plan a safe flight path that allows detailed visual access.

During Shoot Procedure

After Shoot/Deliverables

During Shoot Procedure

Our pilot travels to the site either with our client or alone and captures close-up, high-resolution imagery of roofs, towers, solar panels, or land areas while pilots remain safely on the ground.

Then our pilot processes/edits all photos and videos. They are then delivered via "Dropbox" download link.
