A little prep goes a long way toward great results. Before we arrive, we recommend turning on all interior lights, opening blinds and curtains, clearing countertops and clutter, tidying the yard, and moving vehicles out of the driveway. When you book, we're happy to send a full prep checklist so nothing gets missed.
If conditions aren't safe or won't produce the quality you deserve, we'll reschedule at no extra cost. Florida weather moves fast, and getting the shot right always comes first.
We know plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as possible and we'll work with you to find a new date. Weather-related rescheduling is always free; for other changes, any deposit terms will be explained clearly when you book.

Once your project is complete and paid in full, you receive full usage rights to your photos and videos for marketing your listing, business, or brand. We retain the right to feature select work in our own portfolio and on social media unless you'd prefer we didn't.
Yes. We're FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone operations and follow all safety and airspace regulations on every shoot. Proof of insurance is available on request for commercial projects.
